Family, the dictionary describes it as a basic social unit consisting of parents and their children, considered a group, whether dwelling together or not (dictionary.com, 2011). But family is so much more, family is unconditional love, family is home, family is support, family is life. I am overwhelmed with how much I love my family. In the words of my sister Lacy, family isn't just a mom and dad and their babies, family is grandmas and grandpas and aunts and uncles and cousins and even friends. I pity those in this world who have decided not to have children, for they know not what they are missing. There is no better feeling in the world than to have a little one sqeal with delight at your presence, to hear their giggles for the other room, or to see the light of discovery and understanding in their eyes. Sometimes I fear that my family will tire of my phone calls and invitations, my text messages and drop ins, but at the end of the day I still feel like I don't get to see them as much as I would like to.

Oh how I long to do the things that I love again. The past year I have been consumed with the oh so infamous nursing school. I have loved my experiences so far and am eager for more, but.... I miss going fishing, I miss spending the entire day with Ry, I miss giving my sweet Bill the attention he deserves. I miss riding my pony ( I haven't rode since August!), I miss camping and Ice fishing and snowmobiling, I miss going to concerts, Hell I even miss driving to remote places looking at mules and horses that my husband has to have and I miss doing nothing! I have a little over six months left so I dare say.. ~~ It's the final countdown~~ Lets all hope I can hang in there!

My man is 24 years old today! We started dating when we were both 19 and have known each other since were 12 or 13 so it sounds really quite strange to say that he is 24. Ryan is a great person. He is alwasy eager to help other people even if he sacrifces what he wants to do. He love kids and kids love him. He is a hard worker and a great supporter for his poor student wife. He is an amazing and compassionate animal trainer. He is hilarious and never ceases to surprise me! My life would be dark and lonely if I didn't have Ryan. Happy Birthday Baby! You're my one and only! Here's to many more birthday :) Hope you have a great day !! Love you!
